Refund policy

We have 14 days return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are out of town please contact us ahead of time so we can hold your item(s) until you return. The 14-day return policy goes into effect upon delivery, regardless if you are on vacation or unable to open the package. We must be contacted 48 hours after the delivery date for a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sagelushboutique@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you address where to send your package and you will have to buy a shipping label to return Items back to us. Products should be:

  • In original condition(new)
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

Restocking fees:

No restocking fees. 

Return Method: 

by mail. After requesting a return, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Cost:

You will be responsible for paying for all the shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Product Damage

We have a 14-day return policy. In case of a broken/damaged product received, The customer service team needs to be notified as soon as the product is received, in case there are any issues. Post the stipulated timelines, the team will not be able to honor any exchanges.

Incomplete Product / Partial Product / Damaged Outer Packing / Used Product / Wrong product 

 In the above-mentioned cases, kindly raise the request after receiving the product, Also attach the images and video of outer packing and inner packing with the product from all sides, its help us to resolve the issue.

In the case where you have thrown out the boxes in those cases, we are unable to help you.

Delivery issues, Issues with the delivery agent, Issues with Pod,

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we request you to first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We provide trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
